Artēgan is a partnership of people with nearly 300 employees serving residents in our nine communities. Inspired by our employees, Artēgan leaders guide, teach, coach and demonstrate every day their commitment to the organization's mission, vision and values.
![]() Ronnie Cook Ronnie is a veteran of the senior living industry. He is responsible for articulating the organizational vision, establishing operational goals and leading the design of services and programs that are responsive to the needs of residents and families today and into the future. With a strong collaborative style, he guides the leadership team in setting goals and priorities and developing and implementing assessment and accountability tools. He hires and mentors members of the leadership team and oversees the Artēgan office. Prior to joining Artēgan, Ronnie was the Executive Vice President of Southern Assisted Living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He managed a senior team that provided quality lifestyle service to 2,700 residents in 40 locations. He believes more important than just getting things done is how strong connections with others can add to one's life personally and professionally. This philosophy has allowed him to inspire and execute a shared mission with the Artēgan owners, the leadership team, community employees, residents and family members. |
![]() Warren Page Warren's compassion for people has guided his nearly 30 year career in the senior living industry. Early experiences with residents as a nursing assistant were so rewarding, he was inspired to earn his degree and serve as a registered Nurse. His passion for outstanding care and service drives the values that emulate the Artēgan behavior. He is responsible for directing community operations. Warren's leadership is reflected in the organization's signature "Celebrating the ART of Life" programs and services and has contributed to making Artēgan a premier west coast senior housing and services provider and employer. His successful career in senior housing and older adult services includes the development and implementation of numerous standardized operating systems, resident care programs, quality customer service procedures and continuous quality improvement processes. His experience with both small and large for-profit and not-for-profit organizations offering independent, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing has given him a unique understanding of the business of caring. |
![]() Janie Deubel Janie oversees the Washington communities. She is responsible for working with the community executive directors and their teams to ensure services and programs exceed resident expectations, meet regulatory requirements, reflect the preferences of residents and family members and meet established operational goals and objectives. Janie is actively involved in Artēgan employee training and orientation programs. She has nearly 20 years' experience in senior housing and previously worked for Beverly Enterprises and Eagle Health Care. She believes that "how" Artēgan delivers services is as important as what services are offered. To Janie, the "how" is a commitment to passionate service that begins and ends with each individual employee. |
