Ronnie Cook

Co-owner and Chief Executive Officer

ronnie-cook2Ronnie is a veteran of senior living. He is responsible for articulating our vision, establishing operational goals and ensuring the design of services and programs are responsive to the needs of residents and families today and into the future. With a strong collaborative style, he guides the leadership team in setting goals and priorities and developing and implementing accountability tools. Ronnie hires and mentors the leadership team and oversees the home office. Prior to joining Artēgan he was Vice President of Southern Assisted Living in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He led a senior team that provided quality lifestyle service to 2,700 residents in 40 locations. He believes more important than just getting things done is how strong connections with others can add to one’s life personally and professionally. This philosophy has allowed him to inspire and execute a shared mission with the entire Artēgan family.

Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer

warren-page2Warren’s compassion for people has guided his nearly 30-year career in senior living. Early experiences with residents as a nursing assistant were so rewarding that he was inspired to earn his degree and serve as a registered nurse. His passion for outstanding care and service drives the values that emulate the Artēgan behavior. He is responsible for directing operations in each community. Warren’s leadership is reflected in the organization’s signature “Celebrating the ART of Life” programs and services and has contributed to making Artēgan a premier west coast senior living provider and employer.

Lisa Rose

Chief Financial Officer

lisa-roseLisa brings financial management expertise to the Artēgan team from a variety of challenging industries. She directs the financial affairs of Artēgan and supervises the general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, policy and procedures and budgetary controls. “I am passionate about cultivating a successful and pleasant work environment as I feel this filters out to our communities, employees and residents.”
